Due to changes in Belgian legislation, verifying your identity is now mandatory before you can place sports bets.
Magic Betting is a licensed operator and, like all other regulated providers, must comply with the rules set by the Belgian Gaming Commission. This requirement is in place to protect players and prevent misuse.
You can verify your identity by emailing a clear scan or photo of both the front and back of your ID card to [email protected] or upload the ID card in the verification form. Please make sure the images are clearly legible.
If your identity isn’t successfully verified, you won’t be able to deposit funds or place any bets.
We recommend completing the verification process as soon as possible to maintain uninterrupted access to your account and favourite sports betting features.
If you have forgotten your user name, click on the link "Forgotten password?" in the login area and then on the link "Forgotten user name?" After entering your date of birth and the e-mail address which you used to register with www.magicbettingsports.be, an automatically generated e-mail with your user name will be sent to this e-mail address.
Request a new password by clicking on the link "Forgotten password?" in the login area on the homepage and then follow the instructions. After a short time you will be sent an e-mail with a link to create a new password. Please note: The link for your new password will be sent to the e-mail address that you used for registration.
When you are logged in, you can update your e-mail address at any time via "Account/Personal details". Please note that if you change your e-mail address, you must also confirm the new e-mail address.
When you are logged in, you can change your password at any time under "Account/Security/Account Security". This is advisable if you suspect that someone knows your access data. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password?" in the login area.
Please keep your access data secret. We recommend that you select a password which cannot be guessed (for example a random combination of letters and numbers).
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Each user name is only allocated once. Once you have registered successfully, you must keep your user name.
If you have forgotten your user name, please click on "Forgotten password? in the login area and then on "Forgotten user name?", or contact our Customer Service team under [email protected], stating your e-mail address and your date of birth. Our staff will then contact you as soon as possible.
You can block your account at any time under "Account/Responsible Gaming/Self Exclusion""Account/Responsible Gaming/Self-Exclusion", or you can ask for it to be blocked by our Customer Service under [email protected]. You can block yourself from playing for 1 week or for an unlimited period. You can also permanently close your user account by clicking on "Account/Responsible Gaming/Account Closure""Account/Responsible Gaming/Account Closure", or by sending an e-mail to our Customer Service to ask for your user account to be closed.
A block by the customer cannot be revoked before the set period has expired. After the set period has expired, the account is automatically reopened.
If you want to reopen your account before the expiration date, please contact our Customer Service under [email protected] with a copy of your identity card. Permanent locked accounts can't be reopened.
Please check the processing time online that the payment method you selected should take. If this has been exceeded, it is possible to contact our Customer Service under [email protected], stating your username. Ensure to state the selected payment option as well as the error message that was displayed for the attempt to make a deposit. To process your request faster, add a proof of the bank statement (e.g., screenshot).
Following the new legislation on player deposit limits, all limits are set at 200€ per week from 20 October 2022. This new legislation also states that players may request an increase to their weekly deposit limit if they wish. An increase in your deposit limit can be requested in 'My Account' under 'Responsible Gambling' and then 'Deposit Limits'. The request will be submitted to Belgium Gaming Commission for approval within 72 hours (during working hours). A request to decrease your limit will be approved immediately. All players are allowed to cancel withdrawals before they are proceeded. If the payment has not yet been booked, it can be cancelled by Customer Service. To do this, please send an e-mail to Customer Service under [email protected]. Canceling a withdrawal by helpdesk can take up to 72 hours (e.g. if the cancellation is requested between Friday, after 17:00 and Monday, before 09:00).
First of all, log in with your user name and password. Select one or more bets from our offer and bet on the expected result with a mouse click. Your bet will appear in the betting slip at the right hand edge of the homepage. In the next step, select your wager and your preferred type of bet (single, combination or system bet). In the third and final step, decide whether you want to definitely place your bet, or whether you want to cancel it. Please note that according to our General Conditions of Business, you cannot cancel a bet that has been placed.
The maximum wager for a bet is based on the winnings limit mentioned above. If you receive a message that your present wager exceeds this limit when you place a bet, please reduce your wager accordingly. The minimum wager for a bet is € 0.10.
Unfortunately, for legal reasons it is not possible to subsequently cancel bets.
The single bet is the simplest form of bet. For this, you must predict the result of a game. In football, for example, you bet on a Home Win (1), a Draw (X) or an Away Win (2) by a team or, in tennis on Player 1 or 2.
Example: You place € 10.00 on Team 1. The odds are 2.00. If Team 1 wins the game on which you have bet, you receive € 10.00 multiplied by the odds 2.00 = € 20.00 (The stated odds are fictitious and are only for the purpose of a simple explanation).
In a combination bet or 'combi bet' you have the possibility of betting on various games with only a single wager. The odds for the selected games and the wager are multiplied together. In this way, you can obtain higher winnings. In a combination bet, all bets must be correct in order to win the bet.
Example: You bet € 10.00 on Team 1 with odds of 2.00, on Team 2 with odds of 1.40, on team 3 with odds of 1.60 and on Team 4 with odds of 1.90. This is a quadruple combination, as you have included 4 games in your bet. If all of your selections are correct, your payout amount is calculated as follows: € 10.00 × 2.00 × 1.40 × 1.60 × 1.90 = € 85.12. (Fictitious odds; example only.)
The advantage of a system bet is that the player can still win, even if not all of the bets on the games are correct. With a system bet, players can place several combination bets at once and increase their winnings.
2 out of 3 (2/3) example: Select 3 games and bet on your favourites, e.g. Team 1 (2.00), Team 2 (2.30) and Team 3 (2.40). You play all possible double combinations:
Bet 1: Win Team 1 (2.00) and Win Team 2 (2.30)
Bet 2: Win Team 1 (2.00) and Win Team 3 (2.40)
Bet 3: Win Team 2 (2.30) and Win Team 3 (2.40)
With a total wager of € 30.00, this means € 10.00 per line. If only Team 1 and Team 3 win, you still win Bet 2: € 10 × 2.00 × 2.40 = € 48.00 (i.e., € 18.00 profit despite two lost lines). If all three teams win: Bet 1: 10×2.00×2.30 (=46) + Bet 2: 10×2.00×2.40 (=48) + Bet 3: 10×2.30×2.40 (=55.20) = € 149.20.
The more events you include, the more combinations exist. For example, a 4 out of 8 system produces 70 quadruple combinations. (Fictitious odds; for illustration only.)
In a multiple bet, several bets are placed on a selected game or sporting event. If a player is not sure whether Team 3 will win the game, or there may be a draw, they can, for example, bet on a win for Team 3 (odds 2.00) and also on a draw (odds 3.05). With this, the player places two single bets on one betting slip.
Example selections: Win Team 1 (2.00), Win Team 2 (2.40), Win Team 3 (2.30) and Draw Team 3 (3.05). The player places two triple combinations:
With a total wager of €10.00, that’s two triples of €5.00 each. If Bet 1 is correct: € 5.00×2.00×2.40×2.30 = € 55.20. If Bet 2 is correct: € 5.00×2.00×2.40×3.05 = € 73.20. (Fictitious odds; example only.)
If for any reason the betting event does not take place at the planned time, or if it is ended without an official result and not restarted within 24 hours, the wagers will be repaid or credited. If you have bet on this game in a combination or system bet, the bet is settled with odds of 1.00.

If you can prove your statement on the basis of an official source (for example, a link to the result on the official club website), please also provide us with this information in your enquiry.

If that does not work, feel free to request the new password via "Forgot My Password""Account/Responsible Gaming/Self-Exclusion" link. The new password will be sent to your email address.
